If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance, we issue those in advance at both locations. Need temporary holding between offices? Our storage facilities bridge the gap. Moving out of state? Our long distance crews handle interstate office relocations with dedicated trucks.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

All office furniture is wrapped in moving blankets and secured with stretch wrap before loading. Floor runners protect lobbies, hallways, and elevators at both locations. Items covered:

Modular cubicles, L-shaped desks, standing desk frames, and workstation panels are disassembled, labeled, transported, and reassembled at the new floor plan. Items include:

Every box is packed with professional-grade materials and labeled by department and workstation number. This means unloading at the new office puts the right boxes at the right desks without your team sorting through unlabeled cartons. Confidential documents are packed in sealed, tamper-evident boxes.

Loading: Office equipment is loaded strategically with heavy items secured low and electronics protected from impact.

Unloading: At the new location, everything is placed according to your floor plan. Furniture is reassembled, boxes are distributed to the correct workstations, and the crew confirms placement before leaving.

Every commercial move includes basic liability coverage at $0.60 per pound per item. For high-value equipment like servers, medical devices, or specialized machinery, additional valuation protection is available.

Computers, files, supplies, and breakroom contents are packed and labeled by department. Cubicles, desks, and conference tables are disassembled and tagged for reassembly at the new layout.

Transport and Delivery
GPS-tracked trucks with air-ride suspension transport your office contents securely. Loading dock timing, elevator reservations, and building access are pre-coordinated so there are no delays on arrival.

Setup, Reconnection, and Final Walkthrough
Furniture is reassembled to your floor plan. Boxes are placed at the correct workstations. Equipment is reconnected. We walk through every room with you to confirm everything is in place and operational before the crew leaves.
