We take your large furniture apart for transport and put it back together at delivery. Our team bags the hardware and tags it to the piece it came from so nothing goes missing. Items include:
We provide five specialty moving boxes at no extra charge for your fragile, valuable, or awkwardly shaped items. Please order these before your move date so we can guarantee we have them on the truck.
Your crew loads carefully, keeps heavy pieces low, and straps everything down so nothing shifts on the road. At delivery, we unwrap each item and place it where you want it before we leave.
All transportation costs are covered in your rate, including fuel, tolls, and travel.
One coordinator stays with your move from the first quote through final delivery, keeping you informed before, during, and after every step.
Every move includes basic valuation coverage at $0.60 per pound per item, which follows federal moving regulations. If you want more than the standard reimbursement, we can go over the higher valuation options with you before your move date.
TRANSIT TIMES
Transit time depends on distance and the option you choose. A Dedicated Truck drives straight through, covering roughly 500 to 700 miles a day, so it lands at the fast end of each range.
Standard and Smart Move deliveries follow a planned route with stops along the way, so yours arrives inside a window we confirm when you book.
