Claim Submission Instructions
Please complete all required fields and upload clear photos of any damaged items. In the Additional Info box, include:
● Request ID (from your move confirmation email)
● A brief description of each damaged item
● The approximate value and either a purchase receipt or a current retail link for the same or equivalent item
● Any notes about repair estimates or replacement parts (if known)
You may upload up to three images per submission. If you have more photos, email them to
claims@poseidonmoving.com and include your Request ID in the subject line.
