The clock starts when the crew begins working at your door and stops when they finish at the destination. You pay for time, not distance. Long distance moves are quoted at a binding flat rate based on the size of your shipment and the destination. Fuel, tolls, wrapping, loading, transport, and unloading are all included in that number.
