I highly recommend Poseidon moving services. The whole team from the movers to management were extremely professional and kind. Their excellent customer service shined when they easily helped find different ways to quickly reschedule our move date due to an injury I sustained from home renovations. The account manager, Ms. Kate Valerio, responded to e-mails quickly and was helpful throughout our moving process. The manager, Mr. Oleg Rameyev, kept me updated with the moving crew and checked in on me after the crew left to make sure my knee injury was okay. Rust and his moving crew were kind, professional, and efficient. Rust also informed his team to make sure the upstairs was cleared before asking me to come up to check out the rooms because he knew it was difficult for me to walk up and down the stairs. The team took great care of our belongings. I was pleasantly surprised to also see that the moving crew set up our bed frames and mattresses upon arrival. I highly recommend this moving service and I plan on using this company again in the future.

Moved from San Diego to Illinois with them, and they went beyond expectations. I was hesitant about using movers after looking at awful past experiences on Reddit, but after a lot of research, I came across Poseidon Movers. Skeptical as I was- I was prepared for delays, twists and issues arriving with the move, but Poseidon ensured that nothing of that sort happened The team is highly efficient, methodical, communicative, transparent and professional. The packers arrived on time and began work promptly to break down a 2 bedroom apartment, while ensuring that the furniture and things were handled with care and adequately packed for the big move. I got updates frequently from my account manager Brenda, who helped organize this move and was very helpful and flexible with last minute additions and changes to our inventory to be moved. The coordination team was also very quick in their turnaround time to set things up and get all the docs together. All items on my inventory came in great condition without anything damaged or missing- which is why what I appreciate the most. Highly recommend Poseidon moving to anyone looking to move!! Will be using them in the future for my moves!

I've had bad experiences with moving companies before (one canceled on us without notification at the last minute), so I'm always a little wary when booking. This experience was the complete opposite. From the jump, Poseidon was easy to work with and very communicative. Shout out to Maggie A. who walked me through the process step by step, was flexible with my schedule to get a virtual walkthrough done, and quick to respond when questions or other things popped up. The time frame to get from CO to IL was just a couple of days, and when we realized we were going to be late getting to the new place to meet the truck, Oleg and Maggie were quick to work things out. Also, the teams at both locations were quick, efficient, and careful with our items. Should we have to move again (which hopefully won't be for a LONG time), I'd reach out to them again!

Incredible experience! Worked with an excellent account manager (Maggie A.) who worked with me four weeks before my move and spoke with me multiple times between as logistics changed and quantity increased. She was transparent and helped me make decisions based on best cost outcome/rate. She was always available by email and phone. The actual movers were also very impressive. It was a pleasure working with Raheem and Jevaughn. They connected with me two days before the move and discussed additional details and made recommendations for packing certain items (e.g., bins vs cardboard boxes pros and cons). They provided me constant updates on ETA on the day of the move. On the day of the move, they were efficient and extremely careful with wrapping and protecting my furniture. Raheem even noticed a loose chair and fixed it on the spot (asking permission first) then delicately wrapped it. Additionally I had a giant mirror and they took the time to carefully craft a secure box for it. Picture attached. My furniture was delivered two days later by the same team that packed me (Raheem and Jevaughn) which helped ease the experience. No potential loss of furniture working with two separate teams. Overall everyone I worked with was professional and kind. And at a great price!

We knew exactly what was happening each step. The truck arrived on time. The packers were took great care with our belongings. There was no damage on any item. Poseidon moving was great for our move from a condo to a house. They were very responsive leading up to the move, showed up on time the day of the move, and packed everything safely. The move took a bit longer than they thought it would, but they worked late and made sure everything got unloaded safely and the furniture was reassembled. Can jewelry and other valuables be moved?

Yes, but we are not liable for those items unless they’re properly reported item by item.

Can you take down/hang my art work, TV, AC...

During move-out we can generally remove artwork, mounted TVs, and window ACs.

Additional cost applies on dismounting and mounting TV.

Yes, our trucks are fully stocked with moving supplies and proper equipment you may need for your move.
