4.Delivery & Placement — At your destination, we unwrap the couch, reassemble any removed pieces, and place it exactly where you want it. We clean up all packing materials and do a walkthrough with you to make sure everything looks right.

Yes. We move single items all the time. Whether it’s a sofa going to a new apartment, a sectional being delivered from a store, or a couch heading to storage, we’ll wrap it, protect it, and transport it safely — no full household move required.
We deal with this regularly, especially in walk-ups and older apartments. Depending on the situation, we can angle and pivot the couch through tight openings, partially disassemble it (removing legs or detaching sectional pieces), or hoist it through a window or balcony using professional rigging equipment. We’ll assess the best approach before moving day so there are no surprises.
Every couch is fully wrapped in heavy-duty moving blankets and secured with stretch wrap before it leaves your home. We also pad doorways, hallways, and banisters to prevent damage to your property. Inside the truck, the couch is strapped and positioned to prevent shifting. For leather, suede, or high-value upholstery, we use extra protective layers to avoid scuffs and marks.
