Each piece is individually inventoried, wrapped in acid-free tissue and foam, and custom crated when needed. For collections of significant value, we coordinate with your insurance provider to confirm coverage before the move.

Our moving process for white glove service is more thorough — because it covers more:

1.In-Home Consultation — Your account manager walks through your home, inventories every item, identifies high-value or fragile pieces that need custom crating, reviews access conditions at both locations, and builds a detailed plan for packing day and moving day. Nothing is estimated from a phone call — everything is assessed in person.
2.Packing Day — Our packing crew arrives with all materials and packs your entire home. Kitchen, bathrooms, closets, shelving, artwork, electronics — everything. High-value items are individually wrapped and crated. Furniture is disassembled, wrapped, and labeled. Packing typically happens 1–2 days before the move.
3.Moving Day — Floors and common areas are padded. Everything is loaded carefully and secured inside the truck. For heavy items like pianos, safes, or marble pieces, specialized equipment is used. Your valuation coverage — including Full Value Protection — applies from pickup to delivery.
4.Delivery, Unpacking & Setup — At your new home, furniture is placed room by room, reassembled, and positioned. Every box is unpacked, contents placed, and all packing materials removed from the premises. You walk into a finished home. Need a gap between move-out and move-in?
