Every office move includes workstation protection, furniture disassembly and reassembly, electronics handling, department-level labeling, loading, transport, and full placement at your new location. The accordion on the right breaks down what’s covered before any add-ons.

We break down workstations, modular furniture, and large office pieces for safe transport and reassemble everything at your new location. Items include:

Monitors, printers, servers, and specialized equipment are disconnected, labeled, wrapped in anti-static material where applicable, and reconnected at your new office. We photograph cable configurations before disconnecting so setup at the destination matches exactly.

Every box, crate, and piece of furniture is labeled by department, floor, and room number. This labeling system means your team can find what they need immediately at the new location instead of opening every box to figure out where things went.

All transportation costs are covered in your quote. This includes:

We include basic liability coverage at $0.60 per pound per item. For offices with high-value equipment, full-value protection is available and covers repair, replacement, or reimbursement at current market value.

Commercial move pricing depends on the total square footage of your office, the number of workstations, whether electronics and specialty equipment are involved, building access conditions at both ends, and scheduling requirements. After-hours and weekend moves are standard for us and don’t carry a separate surcharge.

THE PROCESS

How a Commercial Move Works

Office relocations follow a different sequence than residential moves. Here’s the step-by-step from first contact through your team’s first day in the new space.

On-Site Survey and Scope
We walk your office, count workstations, note equipment, check freight elevator access and loading dock logistics at both buildings, and document anything that needs special handling.

Move Plan and Timeline
Your coordinator builds a detailed plan — which departments move when, what gets packed by us versus your team, and the exact schedule for loading, transport, and setup. COIs and building reservations are confirmed before anything moves.

Execution
The crew arrives at the scheduled time, labels and packs remaining items, disconnects and wraps electronics, breaks down workstations, and loads everything by department. Transport happens and the new space is set up according to the floor plan.

Verification and Handoff
Your coordinator does a final walkthrough with your facilities lead to confirm placement, reassembly, and that every department’s items are where they belong. Any punch-list items are addressed before we leave.
