Tell us your home size, both addresses, move date, and any special requirements. We assess the scope and give you a locked flat rate — that number is your final bill as long as the scope stays the same.

Pre-Move Coordination

Your coordinator handles building access, COI paperwork, elevator reservations, and parking logistics at both locations before move day. You don’t chase paperwork — we do.

Crew Arrives, Wraps, and Loads

The crew walks through your home, confirms the plan, lays down floor protection, and starts wrapping and loading. Furniture is disassembled as needed. If you added packing, they handle that first.

Deliver, Set Up, and Confirm

Everything is transported, unloaded, unwrapped, and placed where you want it. Furniture gets reassembled. You do a final walkthrough to confirm everything is accounted for. The price you were quoted is the price you pay.

With hourly pricing, you pay for the actual time the move takes — which means traffic, elevator delays, and parking searches all increase your bill. With flat rate, we assess the job upfront and lock in one price. The total doesn’t change regardless of how long the move takes.

Only if the scope of the move changes — for example, if you add a significant number of items that weren’t in the original assessment, or if access conditions are materially different from what was described. As long as the move matches what was quoted, the price stays locked.

Can jewelry and other valuables be moved?

Yes, but we are not liable for those items unless they’re properly reported item by item.

Can you take down/hang my art work, TV, AC...

During move-out we can generally remove artwork, mounted TVs, and window ACs.

Additional cost applies on dismounting and mounting TV.

Yes, our trucks are fully stocked with moving supplies and proper equipment you may need for your move.
