All transportation costs are covered in your flat rate. This includes:

Florida Long Distance Moving Questions

Four to six weeks is ideal, especially November through April when snowbird season hits and trucks fill up fast. Hurricane season (June through November) can also create scheduling pressure if storms reroute pickups. We take last-minute requests when capacity allows.
Most Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, and Orlando high-rises and condo associations require a Certificate of Insurance before letting movers into the building. Freight elevator reservations and time-window restrictions are common too. We handle all of it before move day.
